This decaffeinated coffee comes mostly from southern Huila, especially from the municipality of Pitalito, an area renowned for its ideal microclimate for high-quality coffees. Grown by small producers at high altitudes, it stands out for its sweetness, clean cup, and balanced acidity. The decaffeination process is carried out with natural ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane, combined with high-mountain spring water. This gentle method preserves the structure and flavors of the bean, delivering a decaffeinated coffee with all the character and flavor of the original coffee.
